This Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy ("Policy") forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Deauth Solutions Private Limited ("Deauth", "we", "our", or "us"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at C/o Pankaj Sharma, Birta 2212, Kangra Town, Kangra, Himachal Pradesh 176001, India. This Policy governs the fulfilment and delivery of pre-ordered products sold through https://www.deauth.in (the "Website") and outlines limited remedies available to customers in compliance with applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy. We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time, with changes effective upon posting on the Website. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

1. Order Model & Dispatch Schedule

Our business operates on a made-to-order, pre-order model to minimize waste and ensure product exclusivity. This means:

1.1 All products are offered exclusively on a 100% prepaid, pre-order basis. No orders are accepted without full payment upfront.

1.2 The expected dispatch window for each collection (the "Shipping Date") is clearly displayed on the product page, checkout screen, and in the order-confirmation email. This date is an estimate based on production timelines and may be subject to reasonable delays due to factors beyond our control, such as supply chain issues or force majeure events.

1.3 If your order includes multiple items with different Shipping Dates, the latest date will apply to the entire order to facilitate consolidated shipping, unless we notify you otherwise.

1.4 In the event of an unforeseen production delay, we will notify you via email and provide:

a) A revised Shipping Date; or

b) The option to cancel the delayed item(s) for a full refund, processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

We make every effort to meet Shipping Dates but do not guarantee them. Delays do not entitle you to compensation beyond the cancellation option above, to the extent permitted by law.

2. Shipping Partner & Methods

Domestic and international orders are fulfilled from our Delhi facility using Shiprocket's courier network.

The final last-mile carrier is selected by Shiprocket based on your delivery address and may include, without limitation, Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

A tracking link will be emailed to you upon generation of the airway bill (AWB). We are not liable for any errors, delays, or failures by the courier after handover, but we will assist in tracking and escalation where possible.

4. Transit Time (from Scheduled Shipping Date)

These are estimates provided by our shipping partners and exclude weekends, holidays, or unforeseen delays (e.g., customs holds, weather, or strikes). We disclaim all liability for transit delays to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

Provide a complete, accurate street address and an active phone number at checkout. Couriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or incomplete addresses.

Standard protocol includes up to two delivery attempts. If both fail, the package will be returned to us, and any reshipment or address correction will incur an additional fee payable by you.

You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery. We are not liable for losses due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by you.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Remedies

Given the made-to-order nature of our products, we operate a limited returns and remedies policy to protect our operational interests while complying with Indian consumer protection laws. All sales are final except as explicitly outlined below. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit issues, or personal preferences. Please review size charts, product descriptions, and images carefully before ordering.

6.1 Manufacturing Defects or Non-Conformity

In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, if you receive a product that is defective (e.g., manufacturing fault) or does not conform to the description provided on the Website:

Contact us at team@deauth.in within 7 calendar days of delivery, providing your order number, clear photos/videos of the issue, and a detailed description.

Our quality-control team will assess the claim within 3 business days. We may request additional information or the return of the product for inspection (at our expense if the defect is validated).

If the defect is confirmed as attributable to us, we will, at our sole discretion and subject to availability, offer:

o A repair of the product;

o A replacement with an identical or substantially similar product; or

o A full or partial refund to your original payment method (processed within 7-10 business days).

Remedies are limited to the product's value and do not include incidental costs (e.g., shipping fees or duties). We reserve the right to deny claims if the product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.

No remedies are available after 7 days, or for issues arising from misuse, normal wear and tear, or external factors (e.g., improper care).

6.2 Size Exchanges

Due to the pre-order model, we do not stock excess inventory and cannot guarantee size exchanges. However, in limited cases and at our discretion:

Requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery via team@deauth.in, with proof that the item is unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags and seals intact.

Exchanges are subject to availability and may incur additional shipping fees borne by you.

International orders are ineligible for exchanges due to customs and logistical constraints.

6.3 Return Logistics

If a return is authorized (e.g., for defect inspection):

We will provide the returns address and shipping instructions via email.

You must use a traceable shipping method and retain proof of dispatch.

Unauthorized returns will be refused, and we are not liable for loss or damage in transit.

All remedies under this section are provided in good faith and do not affect your statutory rights under applicable laws. Disputes regarding remedies will be resolved through the mechanisms outlined in our Terms and Conditions, including arbitration in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, production begins, and cancellations are not permitted due to the customized nature of pre-orders. Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from shipping delays, non-delivery, or product issues.

Losses due to force majeure, courier errors, or customs processes.

Any claims exceeding the order value.

This Policy does not limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud as per Indian law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Policy is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably, failing which through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
